Second hand stores in japan

I found another 2 hand store in japan not to far from atsugi base.
For people living on atsugi base you can go out the gate next to housing i dont know if its west which i think it could be but you come out the gate and its a smallish road with the rose park on the right side and a school.

you tak a left on 45 which is the road you are only able to get on once your at the end of the road you are on. You take a left and eventually you will pass 42 and a Unidy which is like a menards and home depot. I have not been to the 2nd hand store yet I have only driven past it and it is a little ways away but i beleive it will be on the right side and its kinda at a curve in the road.... i will bring more details about the exact distance and how many stops light excetra later....
and no this nd hand store is not the one past the cow co corner this is the opposite way on 45.... it is such a cute road and very japanese housing and lifestyle out this way it is so cute i want to go up in the village looking area take pictures it is so beautiful .

Mikes Tex Mex Mexican food in japan

To get there from atsugi base take a right on 246. .. and eventually you willl have an option to get off and get on 16... youll want to be in the left lane to get off on the exit street and stay in the far left lane so you can take your left onto 16.
you will be going through a couple lights and get into the left lane and be prepared to see a Lawsons at a light on the left side you will turn on the next left at the light after the lawsons station. the road is called something like NAWAKIADO street somehting of the version. you go down that street and eventually you will come up to the train station and some trax in the road take a right before you cross the railroad trax and it will be a small road running next to you they will be on your left and mikes tex mex will be on your right after a couple shops. Right after mikes tex mex there a small road to the right which you can go down and there is some parking to the left that you pay for...like 2 hours is like 400 yen or so... or go across the railroad trax and on the left after the am pm store is like a little parking sometimes the free parking is empty but that is park at your own risk kinda and there is paid parking 100yen i dont know for how lone it says 24 hours but i do not think it is 100 yen for 24 hours.... than walk back over the rail road trax and take a left and mikes is on the right side if you park down past the rail road trax..
they speak english and have english menues
my favorite is the set D
mini quesadilla supreme and a chicken taco chicken is better the beef tasts weird... the chicken s so good and juicy... the nachos with guacamole is so good.

really great margaritas and good nights for drinks... like some nights its 500 yen for drinks and they have a ladies night and they have other special night i am not sure which days those are though.... I had a banana margarita virgin style however and it was really not bad... so they have tons of flavors and tons of drinks to choose from... its better to get there early like 6pm possibly 530pm or call to make a reservation... i do not have there number though but it does fill up fast for the bigger tables but if there are just 2 of you you can sit at the bar.... bigger parties is a little difficult.... it fills up quickly with reservations.

UPDATE BE CAREFUL EATING AT MIKES RESTAURANTS PEOPLE HAVE BEEN GETTING FOOD POISONING FROM EATING THERE SO MY SUGGESTION DONT EAT THERE. EAT AT PANCHOS MIKE STOLE THE RECIPES FROM PANCHOS ANYWAYS.

Wendy's Restaurant Location in japan

I found a wendy's fast food resaurant in japan close by ATSUGI BASE japan.
It is really good and the tomatoes and lettuce on your burger are fresh and crisp no cheap crap like from the states.

anyways you can take a right on 246 (longer way) and keep going until you come to 401 take a right at the light and keep going until you come to a DIA shopping mall thingy there is parking ... the DIA is right past a ESSO station and before you hit the light past the esso station take a right down a small road there should be the dia to you left and you should seee signs of a P for parking in blue on a white backround. you will take your left up the P ramp and go up...depending on how long you stay parking does cost.... but you can get it validated bring your parking stub to customer sevice with your receipt from wendy's and jut hand it to them i beleieve it is bhind wendys.... wendys is on the first floor in the grocery store past the check out lanes. there are places to sit and a ketchup pump. YES! there burgers are great the french fries ROCK! and its all worth it.

the quiker way to wendy's for atsugians from base is taking 40 out the back / flight line gate past the cow cow corner and pass 40/ 45 crossroads and right before the mcdonalds at the light take a right that will be 401 and just keep going and dont worry you will hit a big city with big blue street signs that is where it is it is a while from the mcdonalds. If you hit a highway thingy 1 at a T you have gone to far.

there is also a wendys in yokosuka in another dia right before Yokosuka base. haven't been there yet.

Second hand stores/ Recycle shops in Japan

I have found a few second hand stores known as recycle shops in japanese.
For those of you from atsugi base japan in ayase city you go out the flight line gate striahgt ahead eventually 2 stop lights past 18 and it will be across from an eneos gas station. there is parking. If you get to where 45 and 40 meet or pass a mc.donalds you have went to far. and if you went to far and turned around and are at the light for 467 and 40 you went to far than as well. Its got a big pink sign above its store.

also there is another recycle shop/ second hand store i managed to find on my way to find something else.
It is kinda by Zama / camp zama japan.

for those of you driving from atsugi base japan go to 246 take a left get off on 51 twards zama meaning get off the off ramp on the left hand side come to the second light take right and continue on 51 until you get to and exit for 46 on the left hand side and continue on watch for a small store with chairs and misc. stuff sitting outside it is kinda at a curve and there might be one parking spcae. those of you in atsugi base if you need help i live here on base i wil ltake you email me.

or go to zama when you get to the light where you go into the main gate of camp zama pass it you will come to a T on 51 take a right
if you pass a trainstation or a stop light for you to turn onto 52 you have gone to far.
it might be hard for you to notice it so it will help to have a passenger watch the left side of the road while you drive.

and i will write more about the other mysterious second hand stores that i have not managed to pin point a location on yet....
